For the past seventeen years she has engaged individuals in the change process to increase their awareness, develop leadership skills, and build self-mastery. She uses a systems approach in working with individuals and organizations. With a B.A. in Sociology, M.A. in Clinical Psychology, and M.S. in Organizational Development Carol she has a wealth of knowledge about individual, group, and organizational behavior. Her research was one of the first empirical studies conducted on executive coaching. Her vision is to "bring out your best". Two principles guide her work. First, we are all capable of achieving more than we imagine possible. Second, change happens best in the context of a relationship. Carol's clinical psychotherapy experience gives her an advantage in working with behavioral change. Carol has experience working with non-profit organizations, health care services, financial institutions, hi-tech companies, entrepreneurs, and many small business owners. Her work includes leadership development, team building, change management, qualitative assessments in organizations, communication skills, and career transitions. Carol is a member of the International Coach Federation, Institute of Management Consultants, American Society of Training and Development, and California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.   Our Associates Executive Coaching and Consulting Systems collaborates with a group of associates to provide additional services and to assist with large-scale organizational projects.
